Are you on a quest for the right tools to take your web marketing to the next level? If so, you’ve probably stumbled across two of the most popular web marketing products available today: Hubspot and Rhino SEO.
This 4 part product comparison is here to help you determine which product is right for you. In Part 1, we compared keyword, inbound link, and other SEO tools. Here in Part 2, we’ll look at the lead tracking and lead nurturing tools offered by Hubspot and RhinoSEO so you can decide which is right for your business. Let’s get started!

HUBSPOT vs RHINOSEO LEAD NURTURING COMPARISON
One of the most effective ways to nurture leads is through an email campaign. Both Hubspot and RhinoSEO have features that allow the user to send automatic emails to leads in the system. Let’s see how they stack up.
Hubspot allows users to:
- Set up one or more email campaigns depending on the package purchased
- Have multiple email messages in each campaign
- Turn each message on or off with the click of a button
- Easily edit each message
- Set emails to automatically send from 1 to 60 days from time lead is captured

Hubspot also reports the following email campaign info:
- Number of times each message is clicked by recipient
- % of messages clicked
- Number of total messages sent
- % of recipients who unsubscribed to future emails
- Number of messages in campaign sent in last 3 days

Hubspot also has an Email Manager tool which allows the user to send bulk emails to custom lists.

RhinoSEO allows users to:
- Email contacts one automatic email message at either 1 or 2 weeks from lead capture
- Create email lists and track how many emails have been sent to each contact or lead

So There it is, all Out on the Table!
I don't know about you, but this one seems pretty easy to sum up...so here's my honest assessment:
If you're a company who truly values your leads, it's Hubspot hands down.
Why? Because the bulk of our marketing investment comes in capturing the lead. Once we have it, once we've paid the price to get it, we must capitalize on it or our resources have been squandered.
When it comes to marketing, information is power. Hubspot simply delivers an exorbitant amount of information about the leads in their system....I mean like "Big Brother" stuff. If this empowers you to increase your conversion rates by only a fraction, think of the overall increase in revenue....a major no-brainer.
Also, the email campaign tools with Hubspot are far superior, giving the ability to customize and send more messages, plus the ability to track the results of each message.
In conclusion, I have to give credit to RhinoSEO for providing some pretty awesome SEO tools at a fair price. But when it comes to a total marketing package including lead tracking and nurturing, their token tools simply don't stack up to Hubspot.
What say ye? Chime in, join the conversation!
Oh yeah, here's Part 1 again in case you missed it.
